Absolutely, if the doctor deems it medically appropriate and you are not looking for controlled medication or drug addiction medication we can send them via secure email (Healthmail) to your pharmacy of choice.

How to get your prescription sent to your pharmacy.

Repeat Prescriptions

  • Complete your repeat prescription questionnaire.

  • On the Pharmacy Selection screen you will be asked to search for your preferred pharmacy by entering in the name.

  • Select the the option of choice for your pharmacy.

  • You can Pick Up in Pharmacy and if available Request Home Delivery

If you did not choose a pharmacy, you can send your doctor a message to have the prescription faxed to a pharmacy of your choice.

  1. Click on ‘My Treatments’ and select the relevant treatment.

  2. Click on ‘Details’ for this treatment.

  3. Scroll down to the end of the page and click ‘Send Message’.

  4. In the text box, type the name and address of the pharmacy you want your prescription.

  5. Click ‘Send’.

Your Doctor will respond as soon as the prescription has been approved and successfully faxed.

Video Consultations

You select your preferred pharmacy on the Pharmacy Selection screen. This is described above under 'Repeat Prescriptions'.

Alternatively, during your video consultation, tell your doctor you would like your prescription faxed and give him the name and address of the pharmacy.

Or, you can send a message after the consultation by following the steps listed above under 'Repeat Prescriptions'.

Please note we are not an online pharmacy, so you will need to take any prescription to your local pharmacy and buy medicines there.
