Through your Webdoctor account, you can add your family members to your account. This is ESSENTIAL if you want an appointment for your child or partner - they cannot have an appointment through your account.

Permissions vary depending on who you add.

Child

If your child is under 17, his or her Webdoctor account and health information is visible to you, and all communication is directed through you.

Once your child turns 17, however, he or she will need to register with his or her own contact details. At this point, all health information and communication will then be restricted to your child, and you will no longer have access.

Partner

Because of data protection and doctor patient confidentiality, each of you only has access to your own respective medical treatment details. So you should use only your own account when using the service.
